Everything we do in the shop, in your driveway
Our mobile unit handles chip repairs, full windshield replacements, side windows, and rear glass at your location. Same glass, same urethane adhesives, same lifetime workmanship warranty as in-shop work, the only difference is you don't have to go anywhere.
Mobile service makes the most sense when the damage makes driving unsafe (a long crack in your line of sight), when the car isn't secure (a smashed side window), or simply when you can't take time off. Park at work, hand us the keys at lunch, drive home on new glass.
Where we go
We cover Worcester, Shrewsbury, Auburn, Holden, Millbury, Leicester, West Boylston, Grafton, and surrounding Central Massachusetts towns. If you're just outside that list, call anyway. We can usually work something out.
We need a reasonably level spot to park next to your vehicle and enough room to open the doors fully. A driveway, office lot, or quiet street all work fine.
Weather and scheduling
Windshield adhesive needs the right conditions to cure safely, so heavy rain or deep cold can occasionally push a mobile replacement to the shop or the next day. We'll tell you when you book if weather is a factor. Chip repairs are less weather-sensitive and can usually go ahead.
Call before noon and we can usually get to you the same day. There's no extra charge for mobile service in our coverage area.
